2. What this site is
heysigrid.com presents Sigrid, a conversion-optimization agent that is currently pre-launch. The content is informational. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer, and the prices shown (“at launch”) are indicative and may change before the product becomes available. No purchase can be made through this site today.
The test results, traffic figures and statistics shown on the site are worked examples, labeled as such on the page. They illustrate how Sigrid reports; they are not measurements from live customers and not a promise of results for any site. When real, verified results exist, they will be published on a dedicated public ledger and labeled as real.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. It records your interest and, where you choose, reserves an audit in signup order. It does not guarantee access, pricing, or launch timing. You can leave the list at any time with one email. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
4. The public roadmap
By submitting an idea, feature request or bug report, you grant Woice d.o.o. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify and implement it without restriction or compensation. Don’t submit confidential information or material you don’t have the right to share. Submissions are moderated; we may edit titles for clarity, merge duplicates, or decline to publish. Votes are an input we weigh, not a commitment we owe — locked product decisions are not on the ballot, and the roadmap says so where it applies.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the site: no automated vote manipulation, no flooding the forms or the API, no attempting to access data that isn’t yours, no using the site to distribute unlawful content. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s content, design and the Sigrid name and brand belong to Woice d.o.o. Third-party product names on the integrations list and roadmap (for example Shopify, Webflow, Google Analytics, Claude) are trademarks of their respective owners; their presence indicates planned or possible interoperability, not endorsement or partnership.
7. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by Slovenian law, Woice d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this informational site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes belong to the competent courts of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves; changes are published here with a new date and version, and the page’s history is tracked publicly in the site’s repository.
